This study examines the relationships between knowledge sharing, effective leadership, work behavior, and performance in Sekretariat Daerah Denpasar. The aim is to investigate how sharing leadership influence performance, mediated by behavior. Data was collected from 83 respondents through questionnaires, multiple linear regression path analysis were used for analysis. results demonstrate significant positive effects of on behavior within emphasizes importance promoting a culture developing behaviors enhance employee behaviors. Furthermore, reveals impacts highlighting their role driving organizational success. Importantly, identified as mediating variable performance. Positive behaviors, including collaboration, communication, adaptability, mediate outcomes.
